We serve law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, 911 dispatchers, paramedics, nurses, doctors, correctional officers, probation officers, and federal/state agents under the age of 65 and their immediate families. Volunteer first responders such as reserve police officers and volunteer firefighters are also eligible.
Join FRBS anytime. Sign up by the 20th of the month to begin on the first day of the following month.
No. Disenroll from an FRBS plan by the 20th to be effective for the following month.
Similar to a deductible, the Unshared Amount, or UA, is the amount a member must contribute as their member responsibility before expenses related to a Sharing Request become eligible with the Health Share. We offer 3 UA options: $1,500, $3,000, and $6,000. After the member pays the UA, additional eligible medical expenses are shared with the Health Share. There is no annual or lifetime limit on eligible expenses.
Yes. Spouses under age 65 are eligible.
Yes. Dependents under the age 26 are eligible.

Yes. A group is defined as two or more persons. For example, if you have a medical office with several employees. we can put together a group plan for you.
